Following
a pilgrimage to the Holyland in 1997 and walking the Via
Dolorosa - "The Sorrowful Road" - these meditations were
written and compiled for use in public worship together with selected
hymns, Bible readings and prayers.

The
individual posts for each station (links given above) were only
available as hard copy on paper at the time of first
posting. They are therefore initially posted as scans of A4 pages
printed in 1998 with the hope of being able to replace the scans with
modern digital publishing files at a later date. Speed of posting is
of the essence so that they can be used by people to celebrate Easter
2020 if they wish to do
so amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Remember, the Christian message of Easter is that there is always hope, even in adverse, life threatening times.
